My client, based in Warrington, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to carry out general office duties, co-ordinate events, party bookings, deal with general enquiries and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start. The position is offered on an ongoing basis but could lead to a permanent position for the right person.
Applicants should have a good general knowledge of all aspects office administration, Excel Spreadsheets, be confident and able to deal with the general public, as you will be first point of contact. You should be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
The centre is open to the general public and holds weddings, parties, functions, conferences so the job role is varied. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with customer facing skills, good rapport with families and problem solving skills.
Duties will include
* General Administration
* Filing
* Creating and managing spreadsheet
* Meeting and greeting visitors to the centre
* Taking telephone enquiries and dealing with them successfully
* Dealing with Financial information
* Event bookings
* Problem solving
* Party sales
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours paid)
Pay Rate: £10.49 per hour
