This is a very operational admin role for a consultancy in Holborn: handling lots of data using Excel, Workflow max, HubSpot and Pie Sync. You are helping with all of this, plus gathering information for bids and tenders and supporting the wider team!

You can really make a difference here if you have a can-do attitude, are a strong administrator and data handler and want to progress in the future.

Good understanding of researching techniques, is an analytical thinker and passionate about processes will help you get this job.

JOB TITLE: Admin/Operations assistant

SALARY: £27,500 - £34,000 depending on experience

HOURS: 9:30am to 5:30pm office and home

THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious person to join our Corporate Support Team as a Business Administrator. This role plays a key part in the company being able to meet its strategic goals. The successful candidate will be passionate about the unique role they can play in helping the company achieve this; as it is uniquely placed across all business streams

Role Accountability's

To provide effective administrative support to all functions of the business to enable them to keep being brilliant and improve
Help handle the data, pro-actively develop processes and systems
Help the company meet their goals and in turn develop yourself operationally too Key Responsibilities

To deliver effective administrative practices to ensure the efficiency and improvement of business operations
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
Provide administrative support to all workstreams
Manage administrative processes to help drive and achieve effective and efficient project management throughout the company
Helping with Bids & Tenders: Ongoing organisation, gathering info and development of systems and internal meetings to help ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the bids and tenders process
Help with marketing campaigns with a focus on driving improvement always
Manage the contact database ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data
Provide timely administrative support to ensure we maintain our important company accreditation'sWho you are:

Candidates should also have the following education, experience, skills and attributes:

Recent experience in a similar role
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of business processes and how these fit together
Excellent MS Office software skills, databases and information systems (Workflow max, HubSpot and Pie Sync etc)
Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
Passionate about the operations of a business
