Accounts Payable Manager

I am currently working with a company in Nottingham who are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager.

My client are based in Nottingham and have created this brand new role for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager. This role has been created to support the finance function due to the success and expansion of the company.

You will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable team and ensure that the team are delivering a high level service.

Description

Process large volumes of inventory invoices accurately and methodically
Resolve queries around delivery discrepancies and pricing issues
Liaising with suppliers and dealing with supplier queries
Manage workload of the Accounts Payable team
Take ownership of supplier statement reconciliation process
Review Creditors Control on monthly basis
Provide expertise and act as first point of reference to resolve issues
Drive to suggest and implement process improvements
Support with Annual Audit requirements
Ensure all sites operate at 'audit ready' standards and promote a quality cultureProfile

The salary offering for this role is between £25,000 - £28,000.
