Stock Assistant:

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00

Pay: £19,000-£20,000 depending on experience.

Location: Stonehouse

We are currently recruiting for a Stock Assistant to start ASAP to be responsible for the management of a stock-based Company.

The ideal candidate will target driven. You will be managing stock, inputting critical data, using daily reports to maintain, monitor, and order stock from other depots and external manufacturers.

Monitoring group transfer orders, liaising with Stock, Transport and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth process and providing the necessary reports to assist organisational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Liaising with external and internal parties to ensure an efficient procedure is followed, to include using email communications and resolving/reporting any discrepancies/damages.

Coordinating regular inventory audits.

Managing the delivery schedule.

Overseeing the storage of products and maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to the end location as required.

Daily monitoring of out-of-stock orders.

Dealing with warehouse queries/amendments/can't find's/table errors/cancellations/stock with no labels.

Completing weekly rolling stock checks.

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00

Pay: £19,000-£20,000 depending on experience.

Location: Stonehouse
