Your new role
You will be taking inbound calls from customers, logging issues on the systems and coordinate between a variety of internal and external stakeholders to come up with a solution. You will handle taking payments and ensuring that information is logged onto the system accurately. This role does have a set shift pattern between 6am-11pm Monday to Fridays.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong organisation and coordination skills as well as an excellent telephone manner. This is a fast-paced role so you will need experience within a similar sort of role. Please note this is a languages role so you will need to be fluent in both French and Spanish in order to be considered for this role.

What you'll get in return
A salary of £23500 per annum PLUS extra pay for working unsocial hours.
