Scheduler / Administrator - Norwich - Immediate Start

Hales Group are seeking a Scheduler with excellent administration skills to provide a comprehensive ‘one stop’ service for customers reporting general property related issues, then scheduling resources to ensure that customers are provided with a timely response.  

Duties will include:

Offering excellent customer service to all customer taking inbound customer calls
Data entry - updating and maintaining records on system
Scheduling of work
To be considered for this role you must;

Have an excellent level of customer service
Be an efficient and confident communicator
Be IT Literate and hard-working
Ideally have experience within call based customer service
HOURS: Full time - Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch

DURATION: Temporary to Permanent

LOCATION: Norwich 

PAY RATE: £10.00 per hour
