Technical & Product Quality Assistant
Permanent Opportunity
Salary £9.01 per hour, this is an entry level role to progress a career in technical and quality.
Reporting to the Technical & Product Quality Manager you will be responsible for the co-ordination of tasks relating to the technical team, including day to day office administration duties and project support.
Answer incoming telephone and email enquiries to the Technical department
Seek and obtain answers to customers' questions in a timely manner, or refer appropriately
Arranging site visits for our Technical Service Engineers
Supporting the Technical & Product Quality Team with any other duties as requested
To support Customer Services and Sales Order Processing with Technical orders
Continually seek to deliver an excellent customer service experience
Skills & Experience:
Previous administration experience, including diary management experience
Good organisation skills
Excellent people and communication skills, written and oral
Self-motivated and with a positive, problem solving approach
Knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e. word, excel
