What you will enjoy doing
o Provide 'best in class' customer service to all collect customers
o Achieve gas and equipment product growth, while maximising margins and identifying opportunities to achieve sales targets
o Ensuring that the Gas & Gear core product ranges and gases are well stocked and customer back orders are fulfilled
o Open new accounts and retain existing ones
o Enthusiastically participate in national promotions
o Improving the internal merchandising of the store, to ensure all local and national campaign material is professionally displayed and promoted. Take pride in store husbandry
o Conduct local in store demonstrations to assist sales activity.
o o Deputise for the store manager when needed
o Ensure the site is fully secure both day and night
o Actively promote safe working practices and information to customers, staff, visitors and contractors on site
o Assist the store manager and take responsibility for all internal compliance, including SHEQ, cash, stock, credit and ordering
o Control costs and identify/recommend savings.

Hours of Work
o Monday to Friday
o 07.30 - 16.00
o 30 min unpaid lunch
