ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Congleton, Cheshire
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (no weekends!)
Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 per annum
12 month Fixed Term Contract
My client is a well-established company with over 40 years’ experience and knowledge in their sector. They pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service alongside their international offices and are now looking for an experienced and professional Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receiving and processing sales orders using the internal system, ensuring full attention to detail
Dealing with phone enquiries and providing a high standard of customer service at all times
Monitoring and updating various systems, including MS Office and Navision
Providing administrative support to the sales team on a day to day basis
Required skills:
Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload in a fast-paced environment
Team player with ability to work from own initiative
Fast learner to pick up new systems with ease
