Reporting to the Head of Conduct Analytics, this role will be responsible for undertaking and managing core aspects of Conduct Analytics functions, including: employee on boarding process including the certification process, MI, regulatory reporting, support the compliance advisory team and the Control Room for approvals and queries , training courses admin and liaising with the bank and hoc queries.

The client is a financial services provider. They operate on a global scale and provide world leading service to their client base. This particular role supports the Compliance Oversight Function, Money Laundering Reporting function and ensures the group is compliant with global regulatory requirements.

Description

Manage the MI production for key executive committees for the compliance department liaising with colleagues in Compliance and Financial Crime
Support Policy Review schedule including review of joint policies across the group
Manage the compliance Employee on boarding process
Support the Control room function and the Advisroy team on a daily basis.
Advising the firm on ad hoc queries on the compliance manual
Coordinate and file regulatory reporting for National Competent authorities in the UK and abroad (UK, ADGM, Thailand, Canada and Japan)
Update and maintain relevant regulatory correspondence log following contacts with regulators
Monitor and respond to queries in the Central Compliance inbox.
Prepare and manage the team meetings and key compliance approval committee
Expected to include completing allocated tasks from the Compliance Monitoring Programme ("CMP").Profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Highly articulate and able to apply new skills effectively;
Able to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects;
Able to build relationships and have good rapport with stakeholders; Experience on standard Microsoft Office and other email productsJob Offer
