We have new positions just released from our client based in Glasgow city centre. Due to another period of growth and expansion they urgently need additional TEMPORARY CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATORS to join their team on an on-going basis. These assignments will run until at least the end of December 2021 and candidates must be available to work for the duration of the contract i.e. 6 months. The positions are available to start immediately!

The training for this role will be carried out in our client's modern city centre office, but until further guidance is provided the role will be working from home.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation and provide a pivotal service to their customers through gathering information and talking them through the process required to open their case.

Duties:

Taking ownership of inbound enquires - recording accurate information on each call
Providing customer service excellence at all times
Listening to client information and delivering exceptional service and communicating in a clear and concise manner
Keying accurate information notes on to the client database
Follow up notes and making diary entries
Arranging appointments
Liaising with clients and third party companiesEssential candidate skills:

Previous customer service/administration experience
Excellent IT skills
Positive attitude and desire to go the extra mile for each client
Strong and confident communicator with a polite telephone manner
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment.This role will suit confident and articulate individuals who are keen to deliver the highest levels of customer service. Hours of work are 9- 5 pm Monday to Friday.
