Customer Service & Sales Co-Ordinator

A Pershore kitchen equipment company are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team on a Temp – Perm basis working 37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday. The company themselves deal with the planning, design, installation and delivery of a wide range of kitchen equipment.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales Co-Ordinator will be:

Meeting service delivery targets set by the head of service and sales supervisor.
Co-ordinating the acquisition, storage and shipping of a range of products.
Processing orders and invoices.
Must be willing to participate in the ‘on call’ out of hours rota, around 1 week every month.
Willing and able to work extra hours If the needs of the business dictate.The requirements of the Customer Service & Sales Co-Ordinator will be:

Must be computer literate.
Previous experience answering phone calls in a professional environment.
Willing and ready to learn a wide range of new skills.
Previous experience and comfortable handling lots of information.
Previous experience using CRM platforms and purchase order systems will be beneficial.
Previous experience working in Customer Service and/or Sales will be beneficial.
Previous experience in managing projects will also be beneficial.This role is working on a temporary – permanent basis with the potential of a permanent contract being offered to outstanding candidates after the completion of a 12 week period being paid £18,000 per annum, although this is negotiable.
