The client are looking for a Trainee Sales Executive based in Milton Keynes. It's an E-commerce business providing packaging for key clients and businesses. The client are wanting someone to come in and hit the ground running and be confident on the phone.

The client is one of the UK's foremost corrugated FMCG packaging companies, with nearly 40 production plants and service centres spread widely throughout Great Britain. Their network of manufacturing sites includes conventional corrugated, speciality and decorative, heavy-duty, sheet feeding and sheet plants. Product options include tailor-made point-of-purchase displays, high volume cost-effective fmcg packaging, heavy-duty corrugated packaging - in fact every conceivable form of corrugated packaging.

Hitting the phones to win new business
After converting a lead, pass on to Account manager effectively
Up/cross selling
Persuasive skills to secure a deal
Understanding the products and the benefits of the productProfile

The successful trainee sales executive:

Be a good people person with an outgoing nature and confidence in their communication skills
Eager to develop and learn
Excellent customer service skills.
Competence in using basic Microsoft Office packages i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
