Do you have a strong administration background and available for work immediately?
A great opportunity to utilise your current administration skills within the financial industry. My client is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their busy team at a time of growth. As a Senior Administrator you will be providing support to the investment team by updating databases and processing reports - full training will be provided. If you have a financial background this would be advantageous.
Senior Administrator
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30
Temporary
Alcester
£11 - £13 per hour (dependent on experience)
Duties:
- Attend board meetings and supporting follow-up actions
- Supporting audit processes and maintaining valuation reports
- Carrying out fund administration duties
- Assisting the investment team ensuring all information is logged in the CRM system
- Maintaining investment databases and producing internal / external reports
- Assisting with ensuring timely collection of income and capital repayments due from portfolio companies
Requirements:
- Strong administration background
- Financial background would be advantageous
- Attention to detail
- Able to work within a fast paced environment
- Able to manage workload
