JOB TITLE: Financial Services Administrator
HOURS: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday
SALARY: £18K - £23K PA DOE

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting the Advisers with obtaining paperwork for processing.
Dealing with client calls and providing exceptional customer service.
Providing office support with post, emails and telephones.
Processing new business applications.
Product research.
Drafting letters, typing emails and correspondence.
Stationary orders, and general office upkeep.
General Administration and support as required.WE WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
Previous office experience.
Excellent communication skills and client care abilities.
Ability to work within a small team.
Polite, professional and presentable working attitude with clear and articulate telephone manner.
