PARTS SUPERVISOR
Location: Stone, Staffordshire
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum
I am recruiting for a well-established, forward-thinking company who are currently going through a huge growth plan! With a long-standing history of working with some of the largest and most prestigious companies in their sector, their constant investment in new technology ensures that they stay at the forefront of the industry! As a Parts Supervisor you will oversee the team and ensure that all processes are running to maximum efficiency.
Duties include:
Order and receive goods into stores and administer relevant paperwork
Monitor parts supply and expected arrival dates, and record electronic data accurately
Create and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers
Supervise and motivate a team of Technicians and Team Leaders and focus them to achieve objectives
Monitor team performance, establish training requirements and communicate this appropriately
Conduct staff reviews and appraisals and prepare reports for senior management
Required skills:
Extensive parts/stores experience is required in this management role
Ability to both supervise and motivate a team
Strong communication skills with a mature and professional approach
Good computer skills with strong attention to detail
Proven knowledge and understand of the motor industry
