Role: Planner
Pay: 30-32k per annum
Hours: Mon to Thur 8.00 - 4.30 Fri 8.00 to 13.00 (30 min/day unpaid lunch break)
Location: Manor Park, Runcorn
Duration: Temporary ongoing, minimum of 3 months
Job summery
Our client, a leading Manufacturing company within the Runcorn area, are currently looking for an experienced Planner to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis
The successful candidate will be responsible for the managing of sales plans, sales quotations and firm orders.
You will also be responsible for the managing of the sales plan, ensuring that all quotations and orders are being dealt with accordingly and all communication to key stakeholders is followed up.
The duties of a Planner will be the following:
Input sales quotations and orders using the company systems
Ensure planned delivery dates are in line with the sales plan
Produce reports to track workflow and monitor turnaround time
Review and manage all orders
Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure all delivery dates are being met
Escalate potential delays and risks
Maintain retention of records and documents control
Adhere to all company
Support projects and activities as required
The successful Planner will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience within a similar role
Confident work approach
IT literate
Good communicator
Work well within a team and as an individual
