Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a well established client in Milton Keynes.

You will be working in a fast paced environment and as part of a team.

You will have your own clients that you will deal with, building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Providing reports on Excel to clients, dealing with escalated queries, problem solving, looking to resolve issues over the phone before sending out an engineer, dealing with engineers queries and providing call centre cover when needed.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with occasional weekend work.

Paying up to £22,000pa
