Page Personnel are working in partnership on an amazing Credit Control position for forward thinking international organisation. This role is recruiting on a permanent basis in Southport. The role will be reporting into the Senior Credit Controller and will be suited for a hard-working and enthusiastic team player with keen passion for the specialism.

They are keen to hear from a hard-working, forward thinking and dynamic Credit Controller with a 'can do attitude' to join their team in Southport! A junior finance or accounts candidate will do. Most important is 'vlook up' is essential.
The business are looking for a creative candidate who can bring their fresh ideas to work within their busy Credit Control department. This is a busy work load so will require someone who can keep up with pace. This candidate will ideally have a proven record or be able to demonstrate their passion for Credit Control. Ability to work on vlook up is required.
Description
The Credit Controller duties will be:
Develop excellent relationships with customers and other stakeholders
Proactive management and collection of debts for nominated accounts to agreed payment terms to achieve set KPI's and targets
Identify, progress and resolve customer receivable issues and disputes
Chasing debts via telephone, letter and email
Effective credit evaluation and control to minimise risk to the business
Reconciliation of nominated customer accounts
Production of credit notes
Control and manage the statement production process
Work as part of a team to ensure additional credit control tasks are undertaken
Any other adhoc duties as requiredProfile
The successful Credit Controller MUST have:
Proven tracked record in debt collection desierable
Proficient use of MS Excel - vlook up
Ability to work / train from home when required due to pandemic
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to effectively chase debtJob Offer
