The role of Resourcing Advisor is a busy, high-volume Recruitment role, dealing with the end to end recruitment life cycle. Duties include:
Candidate attraction, sourcing and advertising
Stakeholder management
Screening candidates and arranging interviews
Offer management and on-boardingProfile
Ideal candidates will have a proven recruitment background in a high volume environment.
