This role offers a mix of office and home working.
Description
Working as part of a small team, the role of Resourcing Consultant is a specialist, search and select recruitment role, dealing with the proactive sourcing, engagement and attraction of specialist and senior roles.
This role will involve proactively developing a network of relevant candidates, engaging with these candidates to sell a new and exciting proposition.
You will also then maintain the relationship with these candidate through the recruitment lifecycle.
Profile
Ideal candidates will have a proven background in recruitment, preferable in a pro-active, search and select environment.
