Job Title - Customer Service Administrator
For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering:
£23k Per Annum
Permanent position
Immediate interview / starts available
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45 Am to 5.00 Pm
The role - Customer Service Administrator
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to provide administrative support to the Service Department's front-line activities. In this role you will be liaising with customers, providing a high level of service while being able to respond and adapt in a demanding commercial environment.
Preparing estimates for repairs, and progressing with the customer
Preparing customer Invoices
Generating Purchase Orders for Vendors payments
Collecting and processing engineer's paperwork and calculating overtime for payroll
Maintaining records for monthly KPI information
Assisting with service invoice queries, and providing general service information on request
Control and monitoring of Work in Progress.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator
The successful candidates will be self-motivated, who are able to operate with minimal supervision. you should be organized, with attention to detail. Our client is looking for somebody who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, as successful interfacing with other departments will be part of the daily job.
Proven previous experience on a similar position in a service organisation
Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft software
SAP system knowledge will be considered as a serious advantage.
