Bank reconciliations
General Bookkeeping
Purchase & sales ledger processing
Balance sheet reconciliations, reconciling accounts on a monthly basis
Credit card reconciliations
Month End Accounts Payroll (Staff Monthly Wages)
HR Administrative processes. Absence, Sickness, etc.
Processing supplier invoices
Processing supplier payments
Tax & VAT Returns
Verifying Sub-Contractors contracts
Preparation of Statutory accounts and year-end duties
Skills:
Experience working in a role with similar responsibilities
Qualification or Part Qualification via ACCA/CIMA/ACA
Analytical approach with the ability to make changes
Excellent interpersonal administration and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
Confident using ERP systems
High level of accuracy and ability to spot numerical differences
Self-discipline in the workplace
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Hands on attitude
Confidence to work outside of their comfort zone
Drive and passion to achieve and help our business grow
