Collections Specialist required for leading Derby business, this organisation is world class, part remote working offered by our client/.
The purpose of the role is to support the collections department, assisting with payment collections from customers.
Duties include;
Taking payments from customers
Prepare paperwork, obtain certificates and arrange approvals
Ensure customers pay correct accounts
Dispute Resolution
Administration of cash allocation
Skills required for this role;
Collections experience is essential
Ability to adapt in a changing environment
Good numerical skills
Customer Focused
Problem Solver
Team Player
This position is a 12month contact with a view to extension, you will be subject to security checking
