Accounts Assistant | Liverpool City Centre | £20,000-£21,000
This is a great opportunity to join a busy organisation. The role is an immediate start temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
This role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties:
* Working on the payments team support, dealing with external enquiries from via email and over the phone to process payments.
* Accurate input and maintenance of ledgers
* Organising and filing of invoices
* Preparation of bank reconciliations
* Sales ledger processing and credit control
* Reconciliation and posting of monthly credit card statements
The successful candidate for this position will have/be:
* Personable with good customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong numeracy skills demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
