Our client is looking to recruit 2 Accounts Assistants (Accounts Payable) on a temp to perm basis for their Bathgate site. The roles are due to exciting business growth and are starting immediately.

Description

The main duties of the Bathgate based Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable) are;

Daily invoice processing
Payment run proposal and finalisation via Sage
Contractor weekly self-bill payment run and compliance
Contractor self-bill queries
Supplier queries
Purchase ordering for site essentialsProfile

The successful Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable) will;

Have previously worked within Accounts Payable
Have SAP or Sage 200 experience
Be immediately available
