Job Details

JOB DUTIES:

Create and issue regional logistic centre reporting to support achievement of the Aftermarket key objectives including:
RIM reports to distributor
Internal facility reports for Kentucky & Curitiba -
Reporting key KPIs to the key stakeholders
Lead the review and deployment of revised and focused reports for the supply chain development team with the potential to implement a new automated solution with support from our internal analytics team
Support the resolution of inventory griefs and administration of purchase orders
Data Analysis to support queries received by the team or to support projects
Preparing presentations, reports and analysis
Review all process documentation and update to support the SAP implementation

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

Proficient skills using Microsoft - Ability to operate MS Excel (formula, format, pivot table operation required), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience completing data analytics
Experience with SAP would be an advantage however is not essential
Previous experience in the supply chain or inventory management would be advantageous but not essential
Good Interpersonal skills, especially being able to communicate with wider team members
Good time management and organisation skills to meet timescales and deadlines
Problem-solving abilities
