Vehicle Sales/Service Advisor

Vehicle Sales/Service Advisor required in the Gloucester/Cheltenham region. 

Starting salary up to £22-25,000 per annum with uncapped annual earnings of £35,000+. 
Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm with a scheduled day off in the week and 8:00am-12:00pm Sat. 
 A not to miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Sales/Service Advisor at our client's independent automotive garage/vehicle rental company based in the Gloucester/Cheltenham region. 

Reporting to our General Manager, this role will take day to day responsibility for delighting our client's vehicle rental and workshop customers as well as being responsible for our carrying out light commercial vehicle sales. This is a high paced role, fully of variety and with lots of customer interaction.

This Vehicle Sales/Service Advisor role has great sales and earning potential through vehicle sales commission and performance related bonuses.

Key duties as a Vehicle Sales/Service Advisor will include:

- Delighting our client's vehicle rental and vehicle workshop customers with an amazing front of house in person service.
- Checking vehicles in and out with our customers, using iPad’s and the latest systems and technology.
- Checking customers vehicles in and out who are using our vehicle workshop services.
- Taking responsibility for advertising, viewings and selling our light commercial vehicle sales stock.
- Providing a great customer experience over the phone and in person to our customers.
- Providing general vehicle and administration support to the General Manager and the workshop team.
 In order to be eligible for this Vehicle Sales/Service Advisor role you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Gloucester/Cheltenham region and have a UK driving licence with minimal points. You must be a high energy and service focused person, who thrives on providing amazing service and in delighting our client's customers. As well as this you must have experience in a vehicle sales or relevant motor sector role, have experience in advertising, marketing and selling vehicles to the retail market. Overall you shall be driven, self-motivated, and able to make things happen through your own initiative, be organised and able to multi-task well, and be able to demonstrate a good level of IT skills and competency.

- Starting salary up to £22-25,000 per annum pending experience.
