Ground Operations controller

Ground Operations Controller (temp)

(based at Luton Airport, with occasional travel to Gatwick Airport)

Responsibilities:

Supervision of Ground Operations activity at Luton and Gatwick airports - check-in, boarding and ramp operations
Completing assessments, analyses, and studies on the operation at the allocated airports
Performing mystery inspections and turnaround checks at outstations
Any other tasks according to the needs of Ground Operations DepartmentRequirements:

Knowledge of any EU or CEE language will be an advantage
Ability to live and work close to the given location
Ability to work min. 3-4 days per week according to flexible working hours - early starts or late finishes
Good observation skills
Creative and proactive personality with "can do" approach
Computer skills with strong emphases on Excel and Power Point
Flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic
A keen interest in airline ground operations and airport passenger operationsThis is a temporary role for 3 months with the potential to extend and will suit people that are looking for part time work or students during holiday season.
