One of the world's leading industrial companies is immediately recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to provide an excellent level of administrative support to the Technical Advice Centre. The role will include supporting the team in general administration, reporting and being responsible for the daily lab run to deliver all complaint samples.

Key duties would include:

Record all data on CRM accurately according to the needs of the business by logging all incoming mail/emails and allocating to the appropriate Customer Advisor.
Create ad-hoc reports as requested by the Team Leader or Advice Centre Manager.
To support the inbound e-mail traffic and the teams SLA by placing literature and sample orders.
To take responsibility for the fireproof safe (paint cupboard) and ensure the contents are cleared daily. Whilst maintaining a good order in the complaints sample archive.
Maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers.The successful candidate will have excellent time management, communication and organisation skills and have experience working as a Customer Service Administrator. Ideally you will have worked in an office environment and be able to prioritise your own work load at all times
