Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Overview: The Personal Assistant will support the CEO with a wide range of administrative duties.
This role will be suitable for an individual who is able to use common sense, initiative, and can thrive in a fast paced business. They must have the ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. This role will benefit an individual who would like to gain experience in a broad range of business functions and would be suited to someone who can think and plan ahead and be very pro-active in terms of their approach to work.

Key Features of the role:
- Organising, facilitating and attending management meetings and events
- Managing diaries and calendar entries and prepare documentation prior to meetings
- Preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes and following up actions to completion
- Reviewing, prioritising and responding to mail and emails, as directed
- Taking, screening and responding to telephone calls
- Preparing, proofreading and issuing letters, reports and documents as directed
- Preparing itineraries
- Preparing expense reports
- Prioritising, facilitating and completing actions as delegated
- Continually striving to drive improvements in the operation
- Supporting CEO with correspondence via letter, email or phone
- Prioritising, facilitating and completing actions as delegated
- Continually striving to drive improvements in the operation
- The maintenance of confidentiality of all information unless otherwise permitted by management
- Full compliance with company’s vision, values, mission & policies and procedures
- Other duties that may be assigned by management
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Must have a fundamental understanding of the core functions of business operations
2. Process orientated, organised and systematic with the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
3. Able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
4. Confident, self-starter and flexible approach
5. A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally
6. Degree qualified (or similar) in business, finance, communication or information systems subject. An MBA will be a distinct advantage
7. Intermediate to advanced use of MS Office and Information Technology
8. Professional Presentation and conduct
9. Possess a keen eye for detail and high standards
10. Strong problem solving skills
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
This role offers an immediate start and longer term progression in to a range of business support functions within the Group
