The Management Accounts Assistant role is involved in reconciling the general ledger and assist with queries from managers.
Client Details
The client is a large healthcare provider in Brecon. The client has free parking on site. The site is also easily accessible from Merthyr, Crickhowell and surrounding areas. You will part of small, close knit and fun finance team.
Description
As a Management Accounts Assistant you would be:
Assist in the production of the monthly staffing analysis (Nominal Roll), and reconcile it to the General Ledger
Reconcile the monthly budget adjustments to the General Ledger (Oracle)
Reconcile the Income Schedule to the General Ledger on a monthly basis.
Run the monthly budget reports, reconcile them to the General Ledger, and distribute them electronically to service managers.
Provide further information in response to service managers' queries about income and expenditure in their monthly reports.
Any other tasks within the Finance department as and when required
Preparation and input of journals
Profile
The successful candidate for the Management Accounts Assistant role will:
Have worked in Accounts Previously or be studying/completed the AAT or a accounting degree
Ideally have worked with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Sage
