A leading UK construction services specialist is looking for people that are keen to continue a career within a busy customer services role.

This company offered flexible salary dependant on your experience and are offering full training.

I am looking to work with people either form a strong customer retail background looking for an office based role or experienced schedulers with planned or reactive maintenance works.

This is a super local business offering a fun and open office environment – this is not a call centre.

The Maintenance Works Planners currently manage the planning, coordination and documents for all key client site maintenance activities supporting my clients technical services for all sites based around the UK. Managing a team of engineers and deploying the right engineer to site within SLA timescales for each client..

As the Maintenance Planner & Coordinator you will produce, manage and control the clients maintenance plans, plan engineers to site, and support staff in delivering the agreed service support.

You will be accountable for the production of the maintenance plan and will maintain the plan throughout its life cycle with all existing customers. This will directly involve the coordination and conflict resolution of reactive or planned maintenance activities, whilst minimising the disruption of services with the client.

As the Maintenance Planner & Works Coordinator you will be responsible for;

Liaising directly with customers and specified engineers in arranging reactive and scheduled appointments and repairs.

Ensuring that all maintainers tasked to carry out maintenance on operational systems, are competent, current and hold the appropriate qualifications to carry-out the planned activity.

Maintaining excellent customer relations with both customers and engineers in the undertaking of their duties.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Experience in a strong customer service environment would give you to opportunity to be considered at entry training level or if you are simply looking for a complete career change and would like to be considered. Along with if you are from an installation, maintenance planning and engineer coordination in environment the salary they can offer reflects your experience.

The company is also looking at introducing a service incentive bonus structure based on individual & team performance.
