£8.91 per hour

Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm / Friday 8am-2.30pm (40 Hours Per Week)

The Candidate

Your skills, experiences and attributes will include...

•             Previous experience working in within a Factory, Warehouse, Transport or Logistics.

•             Minimum 12 months demonstrable experience within a busy office environment.

•             Proficiency and accuracy in the use of Word and Excel.

•             Production environment experience desirable.

•             Strong attention to detail.

•             Excellent communication skills

•             Organised, flexible and able to multi-task.

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Process Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Warehouse Department:

•             Data entry onto the bespoke system.

•             Inputting data on to spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel

•             Inbound calls - speaking to suppliers, customers and taking internal calls.

•             Taking messages

•             Dealing with Hauliers

•             Booking in deliveries onto the system

The Company

My client is a manufacture with several sites across the UK.  An opportunity has arisen to join their business as a temporary administrator on a long term basis.
