Job Details
Adecco Cramlington are delighted to represent their client on their search for an finance Manager to join their Fast paced and dynamic company. This will be someone who can work and communicate effectively with finance and non-finance staff across the organisation.
Requirements Responsibilities:
Day to day running of the finance department
End to end ownership of management accounting, financial accounting, and reporting processes
Strong technical ability in all month end processes and technical accounting
Deliver accurate and timely month end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and statutory accounts
Own process improvement and make your mark on the controls, reconciliations and reporting processes.
Support the Finance Director in designing and implementing sound processes and reports as the company scales
Liaise with auditors, managing timely and accurate completion of audits
Interact with suppliers and other third parties including contract negotiation
Submission of VAT returns
Liaising with Tax consultants in preparing R&D claims
Ownership of the cap table
Provide quick, insightful and reliable ad hoc reporting
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 2 years' experience as a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager
