As a Facilities Administrator your main duties of the role with be to provide the main administrative support to the project team. Time management and strong communication are essential attributes for this role.

I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to work for my client who is in the Real Estate and Property sector and based in Leighton Buzzard.
Description
As a Facilities Administrator your main duties are:
To support the company's long term objectives by delivering excellent service and ensuring that there is proactive as well as reactive facilities service provision
Act as the first point of contact to staff and customer for the scheduling of works
To prepare invoices for works carried out by Contractors
Assist with Data collection
To maintain and manage the diary schedules for the project Team
Support staff in the answering of phone calls when necessary
Distribute and copy correspondence as required Profile
The successful candidate for this role is someone who:
Has previously worked in a similar Facilities Administrative role
Posses exceptional customer service skills
Is comfortable with using Microsoft Excel and Word
Has Maths & English GCSE qualificationsJob Offer
The successful applicant for this role is entitled to 21 days holiday, as well as 8 days bank holiday
