Job Title: Timber frame production operative
Location: Kettering
Hours: Full Time, permanent
Pay Rate: £9-£11 per hour (Dependant on experience)
Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced timber frame production operative to work with our client in the Kettering area.
The role will involve cutting and manufacturing of timber frame components.
You will be expected to ensure that all timber components are made to the correct specification, checking and maintaining quality at every opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Read drawings accurately and efficiently.
Use of woodworking machines to a safe working standard
Keep to our high working specification at all times during the manufacture of the timber frames.
Checking and measuring at all times to make sure all items are correct.
Work to deadlines.
Operate with the highest regard to Health & Safety ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety policy.
This role is full time, Monday – Friday 7am-4pm
Overtime is available, with an enhanced rate.
Training will be offered to the right candidate.
