I am partnered with a growing client in the construction space that are based in Grays and seeking interested candidates to apply for their vacant Finance & Logistics Administrator position. This is a full-time and office based position and will look at candidates who are available on short and longer notice.

Client Details

The client are within the construction industry and are looking for candidates who are able to commute to the offices for full-time work in Grays for this permanent opportunity.

Description

Admin experience; input information accurately
finance - invoicing, cashbook
Logistical experience; arranging shipping from our foreign suppliers and deliveries throughout the UK
Order processing (preparing orders; product codes, delivery tickets, booking loads)
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Dealing with quotes, contractors and merchants
Understanding of the product to effectively advise customersProfile

The Successful Applicant

Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable but not essential
Experience of logistics is advantageous
Have a good attention to detail and be accurate when entering sales and purchases
Should be a positive and focused individual who can work well under pressure
Good customer service experience and a team player
Have access to a car and hold a full drivers licenseJob Offer
