Page Personnel are supporting a leading organisation based in Lincoln with the appointment of a Leadership and Management Trainer to join a busy L&D Team.
Description
Reporting to an L&D Manager, the role of Leadership and Management Trainer will involve:
Design and delivery of the Leadership and Management portfolio courses
Co-ordinate and administer the Coaching and Mentoring Framework
Liaise with the various external bodies to ensure that courses meet national standards and accreditation levels
Support internal assessment of leadership and management portfolio's as part of the organisations career development processes
Actively support continuous improvement of our programme content through the review, design and development of courses to support our blended learning approach
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will:
Hold level 5 CMI or ILM qualification in Leadership and Management
Have a proven background in the design and delivery of leadership and management material
Experience of training needs analysis and defining development need
Hold an assessor's qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33)Job Offer
Up to £28000
This role offers significant flexibility to work from home, but you will be required to visit various sites in Lincoln to provide training
