The Role: Junior Administrator
Adecco are recruiting for a Junior Administrator, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an amazing charity who are growing at a rapid rate. They are based in Whitchurch and the role is a temporary for 3 months but for the right candidate will go to a permanent role.
Salary - £18,000-£20,000 Depending on experience.
The office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Within this role you will be responsible for:
Dealing with incoming calls from customers and suppliers
Responding to customer queries via emails and interactive messenger
Invoicing the customers once they have purchased the item
Speaking with suppliers to chase deliveries
Packaging the parcel and arranging delivery
Working with the Operations Manager to develop new processes and procedures
General administration tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
Great customer service skills
Confident speaking on the phone
