HGV Class 1 Driver - Refrigeration

Due to a new contract win I have a superb opportunity for HGV Class 1 Drivers x 10 to work for a large chilled/frozen delivery company based in Liverpool, delivering produce to supermarket RDC's across the UK.

About the role:

You will be part of a large operational team in a busy environment transporting trailers to and from ports and delivering to Supermarket RDC's
Responsibility for first use inspection and cleanliness of vehicle.
Ability to follow company procedures and keep various people informed of progress or delays.
Completion of paperwork to a high standard, including tickets and inspections, delivering to large organisations.
You will be responsible for checking the vehicle, and its load safety.
You will be expected to have a good understanding of the UK driving regulations.Requirements:

Outstanding customer service skills.
Full and current DCPC and digicard.
Experience of the above would be advantageous for this role as well as a can do and motivated attitude.
Experience in a similar role
Days, Nights or Roaming around the UK - just let us know your preference.
Shift times are usually 12hr shifts either Days or Nights therefore flexibility is required
Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained throughout all operations** There are 10 or 12 hour shift patterns available or hours to suit both days/nights/roaming whatever your preference **

Salary/Benefits

£30,000 - £35,000 Mon-Fri and some weekends available, plus performance bonus & yearly bonus, extensive benefits and full facilities onsite.
