Our Client are a large, well-established manufacturing firm based in Bradford. Currently recruiting a Dutch speaking Credit Control Team Leader to lead a successful team of Credit Controllers.
Description
As a Credit Control Team Leader you will be responsible for, however not limited to; leading a team of Credit Controllers, managing customers, manage and continuously improve credit control processes, building strong working relationship with stakeholders, driving the team in the achievement of quality, accuracy and timely delivery of services, implementing process improvement ideas to improve process efficiencies, liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as and when required, manage relevant internal and external stakeholder relationships, contributing customer service recommendations, relationship building & business partnering and additional adhoc duties when required.
Profile
The successful candidate will;
Have in depth experience in Credit Management
Be fluent in Dutch or Belgian language skills, including written and verbal - Essential
Have in depth experience in managing a team of peopleJob Offer
Salary is up to £30,000 depending on your level of experience + 26 days holiday plus bank holidays + health cashback scheme + pension scheme benefit + flexible working opportunities - including working from home + free onsite parking
