Quality Manager
Commutable from Salisbury, Andover, Marlborough, Amesbury, Basingstoke, Newbury etc.
Up to £75,000 + Holiday (rising with service) + Pension + Life Assurance + Healthcare + Gym membership

This company are a global, market leader within the medical technology industry and are continuing to grow and expand massively as they continue to develop their well-established new and existing clients. To help take their business to the next level they are looking for a Quality Manager to join and manage their innovative quality team and aid them in introducing and upholding quality standards. Training will be provided on specific products.
The core responsibilities of this role will see the person work closely with the Health and Safety Manager across the site, deal with audits and maintain standards across the team. You will be a champion of continuous improvements within your respective area of the business guarantee product and service quality to clients across the globe.
The right candidate will come from a Quality background within a transferable sector and be qualified within a relevant field such as Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. You will have proven leadership credentials and will feel comfortable dealing with multiple areas of the business and external stakeholders.
