Team Leader / Supervisor (CNC / Manual Machining)
£30,000 - £35,000 + Overtime + Pension + Company Bonus + Benefits

Are you a Time Served Manual Machinist, with Leadership / Managerial experience, looking to join a local, well-established business who are known for their great work environment, where you will play a key role in the company's success?
On offer is an interesting and varied role where you will be both hands on working on a variety of moulding machinery, whilst overseeing a small team of engineers.
This family-run company supplies nationwide to a variety of industries, designing and manufacturing bespoke products to suit customers' needs. Due to a long term employee leaving, a position has opened up for a Team Leader to head up their motivated team of engineers.
This position would suit a Time Served Machinist, with experience managing a team, looking for a varied and hands on role, where you will be leading your own team of engineers.
The Role:
- Leading a small team of engineers
- Low volume precision and mould work
- Ordering in and training staff on new machinery
- Monday to Friday, days based role
The Person:
- Time served Machinist
- Leadership / Managerial experience
- Toolmaking experience (desirable)
- Able to understand engineering drawings
