Account Manager

Extra Personnel have been established since 1992 and currently turnover in excess of £350 million across 113 group locations and 14 Regional Service Centres. We are currently recruiting for the position of Account Manager in our Blackburn office.

KEY DUTIES OF AN ACCOUNT MANAGER

To identify suitable candidates for current and prospective industrial clients
Client management
Managing all aspects of temporary staff management including booking fulfilment
Conducting registrations and all associated compliance
Using job boards, internet and social media to attract a constant flow of potential new candidates
Proactively promote the services and benefits of Extra Personnel to develop and increase the day to day business opportunities with new and prospective clients
Liaising with your line manager
Liaising daily with the clients and managing expectations including job requirements, hours of work and rates of pay
To conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislationKey Skills required to be a successful Account Manager

Experience dealing with multiple clients preferably in the recruitment sector
Ability to hit and exceed targets and objectives
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Computer literate - outlook, excel and word
Ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
Ability to use a common sense approach to problem solving

Salary 20k-25k dependant on experience
