Salary: £55,000- £61,000 basic salary + benefits
Hybrid flexible working

Major public sector organisation seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a number of major regeneration projects in the North West area.

Your new role
Providing leadership and project management across the organisations regeneration programme ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification and within budget. Main duties include:

Liaising with senior stakeholders, providing updates of major projects, providing accurate reporting on costings, timescales and prioritisation of bids
Managing project teams and coordinating the delivery of major projects
Appointing specialists and contractors, advising and managing costings
Submitting business plans, monitoring projects and ensuring projects make project brief requirements

What you'll need to succeed
Strong leadership and construction project management skills. The successful Senior Project Manager will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of building pathology and hold qualifications to support this such as CIOB/ RICS/ CIH or other construction project management qualifications.
