Permanent opportunity for a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Senior to join this highly successful Manufacturing and Production business based in Coventry. You will take ownership of the P2P process for a number of suppliers and run all aspects of the ledger.

My client is a highly successful and respected Manufacturing and Production business based in Warwick. They can offer the successful Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Senior a highly stable and rewarding team based opportunity working within a modern open plan office space.
Description
The Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Senior role with this Manufacturing and Production business will involve:
Ownership of all Purchase Ledger tasks for a defined region and set number of suppliers
Validation and processing of supplier invoices ensuring PO process is adhered to
Liaison with managers to determine invoice status and approval prior to processing
Complex statement reconciliations
Investigating debit balances and resolving complex supplier queries
Working closely with suppliers to resolve queries and errors in payment
Working with all finance teams to resolve incorrectly processed invoices and working to improve efficiency with administration teams
Confirming payment schedules and working with the AP Manager to ensure all suppliers are paid on timeProfile
To be successful you will have strong AP exposure and will be confident in all aspects of Purchase Ledger management. You will have strong IT skills using a variety of ERP systems with SAP exposure being of considerable interest. You will be highly communicative and be able to manage a high workload prioritising tasks accordingly.
