Customer Service Centre Advisor
Part Time Shifted
Permanent
TADCASTER, NORTH YORKSHIRE
£9,000 Per Annum
+ an expected £3,000 p.a. discretionary incentive paid quarterly (subject to Company performance against targets).
Benefits include: Pension, Occupational Sick Pay, Health Care, Life Assurance,
and monthly diagnostic incentives
Rostered Hours: Monday 11.00 – 15.00
Tuesday 11.00 – 15.00
Wednesday 11.00 – 15.00
Thursday 11.00 – 15.00
Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for taking inbound technical service calls from people who require immediate assistance with their equipment.
As their first point of contact, you will be approachable, helpful, and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
Receiving calls on a regular basis so we need someone one with a professional telephone manner and an all-round individual who can manage any situation they might be put into on a call.
Logging customer calls if they need technical assistance
Training will be provided so you know the product range thoroughly so you can have successful calls with customers and are able to provide consultative advice
What we ask
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a customer service role and has been used to receiving technical queries over the phone
Experience dealing with B2B customers would be ideal but not essential
