Our client based in Sunderland requires a Part time Complaints Coordinator to start ASAP for the next 6 months, this could potentially be extended depending on client needs. If this sounds like the perfect role for you, please read on to find out more about this exciting opportunity.
Hours: Monday-Friday
Part time hours - 9:30am-2:30pm
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: £19,000 pro rata
Due to location access to own transport is advised.
The duties for this role includes:
Managing a high volume of inbound calls
Dealing with client complaints/issues
Speaking with external parties to ensure complaints are addressed and handled
Being the first point of contact for clients
Managing client emails
Working closely with a small teamRequirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to work effectively within a team and on their own initiative
Time management and organisational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
