Hours of work: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

A vacancy has arisen within the operations administration team based within the Customer Service Centre. 

A small but flexible department which has a wide variety of responsibility encompassing the following:

Diary management of the directors and internal members off staff.
Dealing with technician holidays, sickness, meetings.
Administration support work for the Maintenance Planning Team.
Organising national & international travel arrangements for staff.
Accurate order entry, switch selling of out of stock and expediting of orders
Work effectively under instruction of the relevant Team Leader with a concentration on order entry quality and all aspects of sales processing, and order management
Back order management
Order allocation management
Daily haulier checks
Courtesy calls and spot checking customer satisfaction
Updating and on-going maintenance of CRM with customer contact details for e-shots and mailing campaigns
Supporting sales projects, including assistance in mail shot activity
Perform daily administrative tasks for the team(s) as communicated by the Team Leader
Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of customers, sales team, and the company
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills and work within company procedures and policies at all times
Any other reasonable ad hoc tasks as required from time to time by Management
Accountabilities and Performance measures
Achieves daily order entry volumes
Timely and accurate order entry
Continually improving accuracy of administrative work
Provision of a timely and efficient customer service support
